During lockdown I engaged in a daily walk which created a habit of self-compassion, self-enquiry and self-care. A meaningful tracking system has emerged, a path to my past, my present and my future selves. My new habit has become my playful walking oracle in the area of East-Sussex, where I live. I would leave my home setting the following intention: ‘what do I need to understand or to do about my current situation?’  Then I would surrender the answer to my feet, to my senses and to my environment, and take a picture.

Give it a try. What do you receive? #walking_oracle

Walking Oracle …. is a series of visuals exploring this experiential connection between our emotional states and our environment. How an inner emotional state or our inner weather or inner chatter are reflected by the way we see, the way we frame and the way we receive our surroundings. Equally, how our surroundings have the potential to inform, to teach and to guide or/and to balance our inner landscapes and our reception of the world.
